Larry Underhill has been serving real estate clients and friends in the greater Lodi area since 1984. Larry likes to say, "I'm high energy, but zero pressure!" He takes his client's trust seriously.  He believes in putting the customer first and now receives over 90% of his business via referrals or repeat business. Larry has helped three generations of Lodi residents with their real estate needs! His success at helping home buyers and sellers places him in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide. Since beginning his real estate business, Larry has successfully closed over 1,300 real estate transactions in Lodi and the surrounding areas with a total value of over 300 million dollars.

Larry is twice-past President of the Lodi Association of Realtors and has been named Lodi Realtor of the Year. he has also served as a Director of the California Association of Realtors.
